About The Event

As we continue our virtual awareness and support sessions, we host our first Sunday evening session with a focus on coping emotionally. This session is also our commemoration of the International Day of Action for Women’s Health,which for over 30 years, women’s rights advocates and allies in the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) movement worldwide have commemorated annually in diverse ways on May 28th. 

Our feature speaker, as promised during our 'Men & Mental Health' Session will use this session to share tips and mechanisms to better cope with and navigate the emotional challenges of living with fibroids and other issues of the uterus. This session will be an interactive one and it is expected that participants will leave with practical tools to apply in their lives.
